Return & Approval Policy

Because most of our work is custom-made, all projects follow a review and approval process before production begins.

Custom Orders & Proof Approval

For custom projects:

  • A proof, sample, or written description may be provided prior to production

  • Payment of a QuickBooks invoice constitutes approval of the project details, design, and specifications provided

  • Once payment is received, the project is considered approved and authorized for production

Custom & Personalized Items

Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or refunds once production has begun, unless:

  • The item arrives damaged, or

  • There is a manufacturing error on our part

Ready-to-Order Items

Non-custom, ready-to-order items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and returned in original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error or damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly

Orders Placed Through Etsy

Orders placed through Etsy are subject to Etsy’s checkout, payment, and messaging policies, in addition to the terms outlined above where applicable.
